This website is operated for HIC Agencies (the “responsible party”). Contact: info@hicagencies.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form (name, company, email, phone, product code and message), and the technical data every web server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time). This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Why
To answer your enquiry or quote request and to protect the site against abuse. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing
Your enquiry is emailed to HIC Agencies. Where needed to answer it, it may be shared with HIC’s suppliers MANTECH and SWAN ELECTRIC, and with our hosting and email providers, who must keep it confidential.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose, or as required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and object to its processing, by emailing us. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the form has anti-spam protection. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
